Aalborg is a "hyggeligt" small city in the North of Jylland, in Denmark. The principal university of this city is Aalborg University, called also AAU.
Here I have worked four years: three as PhD student and one as research assistant. It has been a great experience that permitted me to maturate in a serious worker with excellent skills in mathematics and research.
My main research at AAU has been about coding theory and cryptography. In particular I have worked on secret sharing schemes, a cryptographic method based on coding theory used for storing highly sensitive information, as online democratic elections.
In collaboration with AAU, I partecipated many conferences and talks around Asia and Europe. I worked also at Normal East China University for three months as guest researcher.
